The idea here is that the migratory patterns of ancient man indicate that Takkar’s ancestors could have traveled from Africa, to Asia, then across to America. But then the theory expands further, with an idea that Takkar is a direct ancestor of Connor Kenway, the hero of Assassin’s Creed 3, jumping to a new series entirely. No challenge is no fun.I can buy this because sure, it makes sense that Far Cry Primal would share the same universe as the other Far Crys, and the Beast Master thing seems sort of obvious in retrospect. It was fun doing the terminator schtick for the first run through but I always felt Far Cry was better suited for by the grit of your teeth guerrilla style warfare over automatic grenade launchers and explosive snipers. Personally I just craft the first upgrade in each category (so I can only carry around a primary and a pistol), ramp the difficulty up (which is thankfully MUCH harder than FC3's hardest difficulty) and turn off all of that HUD clutter. Although I believe the majority of limitations the mod imposed in-game can easily be replicated through an appreciable amount of options added into the game since 3 including the option to turn off all kinds of things like the detection meter, enemy tagging (including for the camera), minimap, co-op marker, whether or not you see objective markers etc. Idk if ziggy's mod altered any damage values or other integral gameplay values like that, all I remember is ziggy's mod giving you a good amount of limitations like no minimap and limited weapons and the such like that, correct me if I'm wrong.Īnd we don't really have any more info on whether or not there will be another ziggy's mod than you do.
